What exactly is a SteamCard?
A SteamCard is a simple way to display your stats from the Steam Community, just like a Live! Gamercard.
Unlike other gamercards that show statistics from Steam, our SteamCards ARE "live". Live is in quotes, as your stats will automatically update every 6 hours to our cache, so as not to put a lot of stress on the server updating them as they are called.
SteamCards are just PNG images, which means you can embed them into forums, signatures etc. Different styles of SteamCard are avaliable so you can stand out from the crowd.

What a cliché of a title.
SteamCard has now moved on to "version 3" after a while without updates. You won't really notice anything different (Apart from the slight design change). The main difference is that SteamCard now runs on a different PHP framework and the code has been re-written. Numerous bugs have been squaushed, including the one that stopped SteamCards updating in a reasonable timeframe.
Last but not least, there are 5 new designs to choose from, a Left4Dead sigcard, an "original" style Insurgency SteamCard, an NXE style SteamCard, and cards similar to the Pyro one for the Medic and Heavy.

Following the addition of the pyro updates to Team Fortress 2, SteamCard.com now has a pyro themed SteamCard to show the new achievements.

Anyone trying to access SteamCard in the last 30 minutes may have noticed a blank screen instead of their SteamCard, or the site.
SteamCard.com has now moved hosts to MintHost, along with a few other improvements.
The first thing you may notice is that we've switched the forum from BBPress over to MyBB (While BBPress was nice, MyBB offers a lot more functionality). If you've tried to post in the forum in the last week and not been able to login, thats why

Its been a long time since the last update!
New today are the Half-Life 2 sigcard, and the Counter-Strike Source original SteamCard.
There isn't really much more to say than that, apart from a few minor bug fixes.

First of all, I want to say thanks to Control Point for giving us a mention in their TF2 podcast.
